Typical isn't it.
Just after I decide where to berth the boat for the season Practical Boat Owner publishes a comprehensive guide to marinas - together with their prices. Still on balance the extra cost provides for extra facilities - sounds daft but free parking and storage for the trailer is important and access to showers and shops is very convenient - so I'll try it this season and look at options for next.
